PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT (BEFORE MARRIAGE AGREEMENT)

Prenuptial agreement is basically agreement to decide the share of property if marriage dissolve. this is unique concept because it takes place prior to marriage between couple. This concept is not new in European countries. But in Indian context particularly among Hindu couple, it has no legal sanctity as Hindu law does not recognise it.

The intention of parliament and judiciary is as such to preserve the marriage rather than to provide easy go away. so, presently it will not be going to be part of our law in near future.
